 Refunds

At The Boutique Bear, every rose bear is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality. Because our bears are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders.

We will, however, accept returns or issue replacements in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong colour, size, or personalization details (different from what was ordered)

To request a return or replacement:

  1. Contact us at hi@theboutiquebear.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and photos of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Personalized/custom orders (unless faulty)

  • Sale or discounted items
